Jeep ® Event Registration is Open!

There are a lot of Toledo Jeep® Fest activities that you can participate in on the weekend of August 2-4. Most of these activities are totally free like the Vendor Midway, Glass City Convention Center Jeep® Exhibit and watching the amazing All-Jeep® Parade.

However, you might want to participate in one of our Jeep® events like the All-Jeep® Parade, Park-N-Shine or Glass City Convention Center Exhibit. These events require registration. Here’s a description of the All-Jeep® Parade.

All-Jeep® Parade

Saturday, August 3, 10 a.m. – $55

Participants in the All-Jeep® Parade will stage downtown during the morning, drive in the parade, and be parked in the 20-block downtown footprint (TJF staff direct parking from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants can experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and much more.

  • You need only buy one ticket per Jeep® (not per person). You may have as many people or animals as will safely fit in your Jeep®.
  • If you purchase an All-Jeep® Parade ticket you cannot take part in the Park-N-Shine or Glass City Convention Center Exhibit. Jeeps cannot participate in multiple activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these three popular options.
  • Each All-Jeep® Parade ticket comes with a swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt.

All approved Jeeps will be secured inside the Glass City Convention Center from Friday, August 2 until Sunday, August 4 at 2:30 p.m. for display.

  • Once your Jeep® is parked in the Glass City Convention Center Jeep® Exhibit, it cannot exit to take part in the All-Jeep® Parade or Park-N-Shine. Jeeps cannot participate in multiple activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these three popular options.

Toledo Jeep® Fest is Revving Up for August 2024

Get ready – our big Toledo Jeep® Fest weekend is scheduled for August 2, 3, and 4 of 2024. Save those dates! Although our events and schedule change slightly year-to-year, the basics remain.

  • Friday, August 2 is always kickoff day. Still looking forward to opening events like a kick-off concert and welcome party invasion hosted by the Glass City Crawlers. We’re expanding our Vendor Midway to Friday night this year, which means: more quality vendors, more time with vendors, more exciting items to take home!
  • Saturday, August 3 is our signature All-Jeep® Parade as well as the Park-N-Shine event – both in downtown Toledo. We will expand and improve ‘pre-game’ activities for parade staging in 2024. The Glass City Center will host an Indoor Jeep® Exhibit, Speakers Series, RC Course, vendors and more.
  • Sunday, August 4th will feature a 4-mile run and 1 mile walk hosted by Dave’s Running.

Toledo Jeep® Fest is a free and family-friendly festival, but you might want to participate in one of our registered events? Registration will open soon! See below.

Our Hype Bash season will resume in 2024 and will be scheduled and detailed after the first of the year.

Questions? Follow TJF social media (FacebookTwitter, Instagram and YouTube) for more info and updates. Can’t wait to see you in 2024 in downtown Toledo!

On Deck: Halloween Bash at Yark

Our 2023 Toledo Jeep® Fest Hype Bash schedule concludes with one more awesome event in October.

On Saturday, Oct. 14, Yark Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat will host our Halloween Bash at 6019 West Central Ave. in Toledo. Our event is presented by Dana Incorporated. The event runs from 12-3 p.m. and includes:

The first 75 attendees will receive a Free Pumpkin!

What is a Hype Bash?

It’s like practice for our big event on August 2-4, 2024. Hype Bashes are fun Jeep® events held at sponsors and vendors facilities. Sponsors like Williams Brothers Dodge Chrysler Jeep® Ram, Monroe Superstore, Charlie’s Dodge Jeep® Ram, Toledo Speedway and Michigan Technical Resource Park, as well as the Toledo Walleye and Toledo Mud Hens.

All Hype Bashes include Jeeps, information on the upcoming event, Jeep® Fest gear for sale, and giveaway and raffle items from our Jeep® vendors. Hype Bashes at the dealerships also include RTI Ramp & Balance Blocks Opportunities sponsored by the Glass City Crawlers, vendors, DJs and food trucks. There are usually small RC courses and a few games for the kids and sometimes car crushing opportunities.

Hype Bashes are pre-fun before the big fun on August 2-4, 2024. Hype Bashes are a great way for the Jeep® community to get together and plan their summer trail adventures and for anybody who loves Jeeps to get a preview of the awesome vehicles that will probably be in our All-Jeep® Parade next year.
