All Jeep Parade: What’s Included.

TJF's signature All-Jeep Parade will roll down the streets of Toledo from 10 a.m. to 12:30 pm. on Saturday, August 3. Participants in the parade will stage at a lot close to downtown during the morning hours, drive in the parade, and finally be parked (at no extra cost) in the 20-block downtown event footprint for the afternoon. Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants are encouraged to circulate and experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and more.

Again, once Jeepers complete the parade route, they will be able to park (at no extra cost) downtown for the rest of the afternoon and evening. TJF staff direct this parking effort from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

You need only buy one ticket per jeep (not per person). You may have as many people or animals as will safely fit in your jeep.

An All-Jeep Parade ticket comes with a goody bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt. You may select a size during registration. Additional exclusive participant T-shirts are for sale during your one-time check out only, so don't miss your chance to purchase. These T-shirts will not be available for purchase for the general public, ONLY official TJF participants.

What do I need for parade day?

You need your ticket scancode and your staging information. Go to ShowClix where you bought the ticket for your scancode. Make a printout or keep this info on your phone. How do we stage you? Name your jeep club, company, family group, etc. that you want to ride with in the All-Jeep Parade. (ProMedica, Henderson family, Glass City Crawlers, etc.). Don't have a group. Don't worry, you will still get a staging time. However, if you have a preference, with this grouping info, we can add you to the same staging time group. Staging times and details will be emailed on July 15. Check the email that you registered with.

Outdoor Park-N-Shine: It's simple; you park and your Jeep shines all day.

TJF's Directions Credit Union Outdoor Park-N-Shine area is a special two-block designated area where 100+ participating Jeeps will be parked in the early morning on Saturday, August 3. This area is designed to help TJF attendees who wish to park and display their Jeep downtown, but DO NOT want to be in the parade (it can be a long day for kids in the parade, for example). Park-N-Shine Jeeps can NOT be in the All-Jeep Parade, and participating parade Jeeps can NOT get into the Park-N-Shine after the parade rolls at 10 a.m. because this two-block area has been filled with Jeeps since around 9 a.m.

Please purchase a ticket for the All-Jeep Parade OR the Park-N-Shine, but NOT both.

Jeeps cannot participate in both activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these two popular options.

Indoor Glass City Center Exhibit: For rare and custom Jeeps.

Please understand that space is limited to 100  Jeeps, and subject to approval. The Indoor Glass City Center Exhibit is for select Jeeps only; those of historical value or that are a particularly rare model, customized and built rigs, etc. After registering for this exhibit, TJF staff will contact you via email within two weeks of submission to let you know if your Jeep is selected. All selected Jeeps will be secured inside the Exhibit Hall from Friday, August 2 until noon on Sunday, August 4 at 1 p.m. for public display.

Once your Jeep is parked in the Glass City Center Exhibit, it cannot exit to take part in the All-Jeep Parade. Jeeps cannot participate in both activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these two popular options.
