Toledo Jeep Fest is 3-Days of Downtown Fun

Toledo Jeep Fest has 3 days of downtown fun on August 2, 3, and 4 this year. To help you understand each day we will break down key events so that you can plan your trek. The key thing to understand is that Thursday, Aug. 1 is celebrated at Monroe Superstore in Monroe, Michigan and Friday through Sunday happen in the Home of Jeep – Toledo.


Day 1 – Friday, Aug. 2

Glass City Crawlers Block Party – On Friday, August 2 (6-10 p.m.), our partners are hosting a massive invasion of downtown Toledo – generously sponsored by Jeep Country Federal Credit Union – with the epicenter at the corner of Adams and Superior Streets (430 N. Superior St.). The parking lot across from the Valentine Theater will host awesome Jeep demonstrations, car crushing, specialized vendors and more. This year, we want to see 1,000+ Jeeps lining the streets on Friday! Our Glass City Center Indoor Exhibit presented by Key Bank is open 6 to 10 p.m., which includes the RC Rock Crawling Course presented by Lathrop.

Vendor Midway – Early Opening – This year, our vast Vendor Midway driven by Rouen – including more than 70 local and national vendors will begin in lockstep with the Glass City Crawlers Block Party. The Vendor Midway will be open for visitors on Friday, August 2 from 6-10 p.m.  


Day 2 – Saturday, Aug. 3

This is parade day! The All-Jeep Parade driven by Yark Jeep and the Outdoor Park-N-Shine presented by Directions Credit Union both begin at 10 a.m. Staging for both these events will begin as early as 8 a.m. The Vendor Midway will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our Glass City Center Indoor Exhibit presented by Key Bank is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., which includes the RC Rock Crawling Course and our Speakers Series (presented by NW Ohio AGC). Both the Kids’ Zone (presented by Jennite & Lucas County Children Services) and Family Zone (presented by Cenovus Energy) are open, as well as entertainment and food trucks.


Day 3 – Sunday, Aug. 4

The MOBIS 1 Mile Walk (9:15 a.m.) and the 4 Mile Run (9:30 a.m.) hosted by Run Toledo begin in the morning. The Vendor Midway hours will be 9 a.m. to noon and vendors will be offering unique sales and discounts. Our Glass City Center Indoor Exhibit presented by Key Bank is open 9 a.m. to noon, which includes the RC Rock Crawling Course. Both the Kids’ Zone and Family Zone are open, as well as entertainment and food trucks.

Register For the Specialty and Historic Jeep® Display

Registration for the Toledo Jeep® Fest Specialty and Historic Jeep® Display is now open. This event is known as the Glass City Convention Center Indoor Exhibit. Your Jeep® can be part of the exhibit that includes the Vintage, Military, Rare and Custom Jeeps which attract thousands of visitors during our three-day event.  Don’t miss the opportunity to showcase your special rig.

Special Early Registration Promotion

This year we are offering a “Special Early Registration Promotion” of a $25 Gas Card for the first 25 entrants, and a chance to win a  $200-value Jeep Gear gift card for the first 40 who register. Indoor Exhibit Jeeps Must Be Approved

Not sure if your Jeep® / Willys is ready for the Glass City Exhibit? Tell us about your Jeep®. You can even reach out to us with a description, specs and a photo before you register. We are anxious to display the many variations of the Willys / Jeep® produced here in Toledo for over 83 years. Your Jeep does not have to be a “Museum piece or Show vehicle,” we are looking for interesting and unique Jeeps that represent the iconic Jeep® History. Jeep ® Event Registration is Open!

There are a lot of Toledo Jeep® Fest activities that you can participate in on the weekend of August 2-4. Most of these activities are totally free like the Vendor Midway, Glass City Convention Center Jeep® Exhibit and watching the amazing All-Jeep® Parade.

However, you might want to participate in one of our Jeep® events like the All-Jeep® Parade, Park-N-Shine or Glass City Convention Center Exhibit. These events require registration. Here’s a description of the All-Jeep® Parade.

All-Jeep® Parade

Saturday, August 3, 10 a.m. – $55

Participants in the All-Jeep® Parade will stage downtown during the morning, drive in the parade, and be parked in the 20-block downtown footprint (TJF staff direct parking from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants can experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and much more. 

  • You need only buy one ticket per Jeep® (not per person). You may have as many people or animals as will safely fit in your Jeep®.
  • If you purchase an All-Jeep® Parade ticket you cannot take part in the Park-N-Shine or Glass City Convention Center Exhibit. Jeeps cannot participate in multiple activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these three popular options.
  • Each All-Jeep® Parade ticket comes with a swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt.

Register for the All-Jeep® Parade

Park-N-Shine

Saturday, August 3, 8 a.m. – $45

TJF’s Outdoor Park-N-Shine area is a special two-block designated area where 100+ participating Jeeps will be parked in the early morning on Saturday, August 3. (TJF staff direct this parking effort from 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.). Once parade Jeeps are parked (in free, centrally located spaces), participants are encouraged to circulate and experience the Vendor Midway, live music, food trucks and more.

  • You need only buy one ticket per Jeep® (not per person). You may have as many people or animals as will safely fit in your Jeep®.
  • If you purchase a Park-N-Shine ticket you cannot take part in the All-Jeep® Parade or Glass City Convention Center Exhibit. Jeeps cannot participate in multiple activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these three popular options.
  • Each Park-N-Shine ticket comes with a  swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt.

Indoor Jeep® Exhibit

Saturday, August 3-4 – $45

Space is limited to 100 Jeeps, and subject to approval. The Glass City Convention Center Jeep Exhibit is for select Jeeps only (historical value, rare model, customized or built rigs). After registering, TJF staff will contact you via email within two weeks to let you know if your Jeep® is approved. All approved Jeeps will be secured inside the Glass City Convention Center from Friday, August 2 until Sunday, August 4 at 2:30 p.m. for display.

  • Once your Jeep® is parked in the Glass City Convention Center Jeep® Exhibit, it cannot exit to take part in the All-Jeep® Parade or Park-N-Shine. Jeeps cannot participate in multiple activities, and therefore drivers must pick only one of these three popular options.
  • Each Glass City Convention Center Jeep® Exhibit ticket comes with a  swag bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt.

GCC Exhibit Looking For Jeeps to Star

We’re just 70 days away from the sixth Toledo Jeep Fest on August 4, 5, and 6. This free, family-friendly event will again roll through the streets of Downtown Toledo, Ohio – home of the Jeep.

We are still looking for a select group of awesome Jeeps to display in our Glass City Center Exhibit. This indoor display is for select Jeeps only; those of historical value or that are a particularly rare model, customized and built rigs, etc.

After registering for this exhibit, TJF staff will contact you via email within two weeks of submission to let you know if your Jeep is selected. All selected Jeeps will be secured inside the Glass City Center Exhibit Hall from Friday, August 4 until noon on Sunday, August 6 at 1 p.m. for public display.


An Indoor Glass City Center Exhibit ticket comes with a goody bag and an exclusive participant T-shirt. These T-shirts will not be available for purchase for the general public, ONLY official TJF participants.
