Event Chairman, Jerry Huber, joins the Tony Packo’s wall of fame

Toledo Jeep® Fest Event Chairman, Jerry Huber, joined the ranks of United States Presidents, famous actors, coaches, and celebrities by signing his very own bun at Tony Packo’s. Jerry is a former Jeep Plant Manager, under whom the plant won several awards. Nowadays he spends his time planning the 2018 Toledo Jeep Fest, which is making its return to downtown Toledo for the whole weekend of August 10th.

13abc, the official television station for Toledo Jeep Fest, highlights the dynamic weekend

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo will be transformed into “Jeep® City” the weekend of August 10-12 for the second Jeep Fest.

Organizers say the economic impact is expected to exceed $3 million. 13abc is the official television station for the Jeep Fest parade which will be broadcast live on 13abc.

Toledo Fire Department gears up to reveal rare Jeep fire engine at the 2018 Toledo Jeep Fest

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) – A piece of Toledo history is getting a tune up and getting cleaned up.

And it’s sure to catch many Jeep® enthusiasts off guard at Jeep Fest this year.

Built in the 1960s a rare Jeep fire truck is currently in the hands of the Toledo Fire Department, but it will be on display at Jeep Fest during the weekend of August 10.

2018 Toledo Jeep Fest expected to draw at least 60,000 participants

On Tuesday, organizers released a map of the All-Jeep parade route. It will start at the corner of Lafayette Street and turn onto Summit Street past the Seagate Centre to Jackson Street. Organizer Jerry Huber told 13abc “when the parade route ends at Jackson, then we’ll be parking between 1,000 and 1,500 Jeeps back in the city streets which are closed… filled with diagonally parked Jeeps from all over the United States.”
