Toledo Jeep Fest event director reflects on event’s success

No matter which way you look at it, last weekend’s Jeep® Fest was a gigantic success.

According to event director Whitney Rofkar, current estimates show 60,000 people attended the 3-day event with an economic impact of $3.5 to $4.5 million on Toledo.

“It was just awesome, just an overwhelming success,” Ms. Rofkar said. “… A lot of the vendors told us there are a lot of East coast Jeep events going on and a lot on the West coast, but nothing in the Midwest. They’ve been wanting this, and now that Toledo has stepped up as the home of the Jeep, they’ll be back every year. If we do it, they’ll come.”
