Why Toledo Jeep® Fest?

Celebrate in the Heart of Jeep Country

Toledo Jeep® Fest – held in early August each year – celebrates decades of Jeep’s partnership with the City of Toledo. Jeep® has been touching the lives of Toledoans, people throughout the U.S., and people around the world in a meaningful way for a long time, and in August 2025, the city and its visitors will celebrate that rich history for the eight time as part of Toledo Jeep® Fest.

The first Toledo Jeep® Fest – a one-day celebration in 2016 – was an unqualified success, bringing an estimated 40,000 people to downtown Toledo, which was the most for any event since the end of World War II. Even with that high standard already established, the second Toledo Jeep® Fest was indeed bigger and better.

The 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Toledo Jeep® Fest events each brought in more than 60,000 people including Jeep® enthusiasts from all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Czechia, The Netherlands, Japan, Italy and New Zealand. The estimated economic impact for the 2024 event was $5.9 million. Attendees celebrated their love for Jeep® and an adventurous way of life in the city where the Jeep® was invented and where its heart beats every day: Toledo, Ohio.

Event founders are striving to help Toledo Jeep® Fest become the largest Jeep®-related event in the United States. In 2025, we look to proudly showcase Toledo as the heart of Jeep® Country. We are stepping up our game and planning is now underway. The weekend of August 1-3, 2025 will be action packed, and thousands of Jeep® enthusiasts are expected to take part in the festivities – the All-Jeep® Parade through downtown Toledo, a large-scale Vendor Midway, and much more.

Toledo Jeep®
Fest History

Jeep® is fundamental to Toledo’s heritage. Toledo Jeep® history begins in 1941 when Bantam won a significant United States Military contract to design a four-wheel drive utility vehicle that was manufactured throughout World War II. Dana is credited as a co-inventor of the Jeep®, along with the U.S. Army, Bantam, Ford, and Willys-Overland. Today, both the iconic Jeep® Wrangler and the Jeep® Gladiator are being produced in Toledo. The Stellantis Toledo Assembly Complex is one of the region’s largest and most modern manufacturing plants. For more than 80 years, Jeep® has been touching the lives of Toledoans and during the weekend of August 1-3, 2025, the city will celebrate that rich history.

Built on more than eight decades of legendary heritage, Jeep® is the authentic SUV with class-leading capability, craftsmanship and versatility for people who seek extraordinary journeys. The Jeep® brand delivers an open invitation to live life to the fullest by offering a full line of vehicles that continue to provide owners with a sense of security to handle any journey with confidence. The Jeep® vehicle lineup includes the Compass, Cherokee, Gladiator, Grand Cherokee, Grand Wagoneer, Patriot, Renegade, Wagoneer, Wrangler, and Wrangler Rubicon.
